Making things better shouldn't be this hard.

I spent about twenty years in process plants before starting LIMIS, and I kept seeing the same pattern. A good system would arrive at a site, a pilot would run, and a year later the operators were back on paper. The software usually worked. The plant just wasn't set up to adopt it, and nobody on the floor had been asked what would make their shift easier.

Meanwhile, the information needed to prevent problems was already being written down. Readings went into a binder, a handoff note got missed, and the pattern was only visible after something went wrong. Anyone who has worked a unit will recognize that, and I know I'm not alone in it.

LIMIS starts where the work already happens. We map the workflow that exists instead of forcing a new one, get operators using it first, and build out from there. Custom fit, not custom built.
